By accessing, browsing, and/or using, you are agreeing to understanding and abiding by our Terms & Conditions. This pertains to pre-orders, return/exchange policies, and is in accordance with our terms, policies, and necessary laws & regulations. 

At VEZABEZA, each and every product is attentively prepared and inspected prior to being shipped, delivered, or picked up. Considering how our products are intended for use, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on used candles or floral products after being received. Be that any damage occurs during shipment on a candle order, we will gladly issue a refund with photographic evidence sent to, within 3 days of delivery. We are happy to also offer exchanges for damaged items during shipment of a candle order, within 3 days of delivery. We aim to make sure our product information and descriptions are as accurate and up-to date as possible. We pride ourselves on transparency, reliability and credibility. However, if you have received a product that is precisely deemed not as described, please contact us at so we can move forward on a return and/or exchange, being that the product is unused and in its original condition. If there are any errors pertaining to faults in availability and/or written descriptions, we obtain the right to correct such errors and update the information in a timely manner. If you have placed an order on an item(s) that is out of stock, we will contact you directly and work to find a solution whether it be a refund, exchange, etc.


Due to high demand for workshop events, there is a 2 ticket maximum per person and workshop tickets are final sale. Should something come up causing you to no longer attend, please reach out to us no later than 14 days before the event for a possible refund.

By purchasing/attending a VEZABEZA Floral Workshop, you understand that you can/will be physically interacting with flowers of all kinds. VEZABEZA is not liable for allergic reactions to the provided florals or for injuries that can take place as a result of using floral tools (such as floral/garden shears).



All VEZABEZA florals are 'designers choice' to allow flexibility in selecting what is freshest and available in the market on a seasonal and daily basis.

Each stem is conditioned and cared for by hand prior to joining a bouquet or arrangement. Having high attention to detail is one of the most important steps in our creative process to ensure your florals live as long as possible.

All floral orders include detailed instructions to provide proper care, to ensure your florals live a generous amount of time. If all care instructions are done properly, we guarantee they will live a minimum of 3 days. It is crucial to note that fresh floral stems are prone to disappoint without proper care and attention, and lifespan can vary by stem.

If your florals are not meeting expectations, please email within 72 hours of receiving them with photos + a description of your concerns. We will promptly work towards providing a solution, but we do not offer refunds.

We advise keeping florals away from your pets reach. Various varieties of florals can be toxic if ingested.


First Use - Light candle, burn until surface melts and enjoy.

Trim - For every following burn, trim the wick to a maximum length of ¼” prior to lighting, to prevent smoke and residue.

Finished - Once the metal wick sustainer surfaces, the candle is finished and should not be relit.

Safety - Never leave a lit candle unattended or let it burn for more than 4 hours at a time, under supervision. Place candle away from drafty areas or in direct contact with a precious surface. Position on a flat, heat resistant surface. Keep candle out of reach from children and pets.

Hand poured with vegan coconut soy wax:

  • Vegan, gluten-free, toxin-free, paraben-free, phthalate-free and comes from renewable sources
  • Contains only FDA approved waxes
  • Clean burning, biodegradable and natural
  • Skin-safe: Clinically tested and dermatologist reviewed, although we do not recommend nor is the wax intended to come in contact with skin
  • Even, slow burn with excellent adhesion
  • Contains a heat antioxidant to prevent discoloration
  • Made in the USA from soy, coconut and a very small amount of food-grade paraffin is added to enhance the wax performance, to maximize it's hot throw. Scientific studies have proven paraffin wax to burn just as cleanly as soy, beeswax, or palm. And the highly refined food-grade nature of the added paraffin puts it in the natural category. At VEZABEZA, we do everything possible to provide fresh, beautiful florals. Still, it's important that customers understand that fresh flowers are delicate and require proper care. To ensure the longest vase life of your flowers, please visit our care guide for care instructions. How you care for your flowers will directly impact how long they will last.

If you are not happy with the lifespan of your flowers, please get in touch at within 72 hours of your pickup or delivery date. Please provide a detailed description of your quality issue as well as photos of your flowers. In the event that a customer has a valid quality issue, we may exchange the faulty arrangement/bouquet for a replacement. We do not offer refunds on floral orders nor do we offer refunds or replacements based off of personal tastes, color and stem preferences .

All arrangements are designer's choice and made at our discretion using what is fresh and available from our suppliers. This flexibility allows us to create unique and interesting florals that are available on a seasonal and week-to-week basis. With respect to different working styles, we are happy to refer you to a florist who works within predetermined styles if that's what you're looking for.


While our aromatique candles are centered around clean ingredients, we understand everyone's scent preferences are different. Should you find a product is not suitable, we would be pleased to coordinate a refund or exchange in accordance with the instructions below.

Please contact with your order number + a photo of your order/item that is being requested for a return/exchange, within 5 days of your orders delivery. Returns will only be accepted if the candle is in it's original packaging and unused.
